Development of Inclusive and Informal Education and Increasing the Engagement of All Groups, Especially Vulnerable Populations

The organization actively works in the fields of environmental protection, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and inclusive education to foster development opportunities for every individual, including through eco-friendly initiatives.

Currently, opportunities for inclusive education and engagement in Georgia remain limited, complicating the full participation of vulnerable groups in social life. Challenges in the education sector include not only a lack of resources but also insufficient awareness. The goal is to overcome these challenges and promote the development of inclusive informal education, which will help participants enhance technological skills and gain experience in creating eco-friendly products.

Various projects will include informal education sessions focusing on green technologies and eco-friendly product manufacturing. The training will cover both theoretical and practical aspects and encompass diverse topics, such as green entrepreneurship, the application of eco-friendly technologies, and the process of creating board games. Through these training sessions, young people and other interested individuals will learn eco-friendly production techniques, enabling them to develop green businesses.

Numerous organizations are involved as partners in these projects, supporting the initiative's success in multiple ways:

• Business Development Center: An organization that assists beneficiaries in achieving grant and market success through informal education.
• Technosmart: A company promoting the development of green business trends in the Caucasus.

Additionally, the projects will include a series of meetings with local communities to enhance inclusive educational opportunities. These meetings will feature both practical and theoretical discussions, helping participants better understand the potential of green technologies and their tangible impact on daily life.

For the success of the project, partner companies will provide necessary resources, share experiences, and offer employment opportunities to beneficiaries, making a significant contribution to the long-term development of inclusive and eco-friendly education.
