- How do I present myself, and how do I want to be perceived?
- The benefits and importance of self-branding.
- Creating a desired image that aligns with my personality and profession.
Module II: Creating Your Business Model and Activity Plan
- Establishing brand identity (through art therapy)
- Defining the product and service characteristics
- Creating a benefits map
- Identifying what can be offered to the market that will attract attention and meet the needs and demands of the consumer.
Module III: Modern Sales Strategy and Techniques – Business Strategy Map (Part One)
- How to plan a strategy
- Methods for entering various channels
- Defining communication style
- Platforms used for customer engagement
Module III (Part Two): Digital Marketing
- Social media platforms and their features (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Telegram)
- Creating and managing a Facebook page
- Content types for different social channels
- Supporting apps (Canva, Snapseed, etc.)
- Content plan/calendar creation/automatic posting
- Writing for social media – TOV, content planning, audience creation

Module IV: Customer and Competitor Psychotypes and Personal Mapping
- Determining the customer’s psychotype (based on system-vector psychology) and adapting it to segmented audiences
- Characterizing and understanding the target market

- Competitor SWOT analysis and finding your company’s unique selling point

- How to turn tasks into daily plans (using the "Wheel of Priorities" method)
