Course Objective – Participants will learn in detail about the advertising and technical capabilities of social media channels. They will be able to implement these skills in practice and use them effectively. For this purpose, students will work on the digital communication of the companies they work for or will create a fictional brand.

As a result of the course – Students will be able to plan a communication strategy for social media channels, create or give recommendations to the appropriate personnel for creating relevant content, and efficiently measure results and report them.

After each lecture, there will be a short 10-question quiz, and at the end of the course, there will be a detailed exam.

Social media channels and their role in modern communication. Branding on social media and an overview of advertising tools.

2nd Lecture
Creating a strategy in social media and its implementation stages, defining KPIs, creating monthly and quarterly plans.

3rd Lecture
Detailed review of Facebook Business Suite, overview of changes, and Facebook Ads Manager objectives.

4th Lecture
The most important functions of Facebook Business Suite necessary for properly managing processes.

5th Lecture
Facebook Ads Manager – learning technical tools, targeting principles, and correct processing.

6th Lecture
Proper use of Call to Action in content and its importance when choosing objectives and conversions.

7th Lecture
The role of eCommerce in social media – Facebook/Instagram Shops (Commerce Manager), conversions, and UTMs.

8th Lecture
Detailed study of the technical aspects of targeting, writing conversions on a website/app, and creating links/social media SEO.

9th Lecture
The role of proper social media planning in search engines (general overview of internal and external search engines).

10th Lecture
Analysis of the implemented advertising campaign (reporting), discussion of report forms, and creation (Google Data Studio).

11th Lecture
Detailed review and repetition of the covered material, analysis, and exam.
