Throughout the course, participants will learn the following skills:

  • Correct application of daily hygiene and health principles, ensuring the prevention of infections and diseases.
  • Developing a healthy lifestyle, including balanced nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and mental health preservation.
  • Proper use of personal hygiene products, including skincare, hair care, and general cleanliness.
  • Planned activities to improve hygienic habits that support both physical and mental health.
  • The importance of sleep hygiene and stress management techniques to maintain energy and productivity throughout the day.

Target Audience:
This course is designed for girls aged 21-35 and women aged 36-60 who want to improve their daily hygiene habits to ensure both physical and mental well-being. It is particularly beneficial for those looking to enhance personal health or for women seeking to manage stress, establish a healthy lifestyle, and perfect their personal hygiene.

Course Duration:
1 month (4 weeks) – 2 sessions per week, each session lasting 1.5 hours. The course includes both theoretical content and practical exercises to ensure the knowledge gained can be applied in daily life.

Nino Aladashvili is one of the most distinguished professionals in the skincare and aesthetics field, with years of experience and knowledge that underline her expertise. Nino holds a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, which enables her to approach health and self-care holistically. For her, skincare is not just a beauty routine but a vital component of health and daily well-being.

Nino's unique strength lies in her ability to evaluate the composition of various brands’ products and accurately determine which product is suitable for each skin type. She is knowledgeable about the composition of over 1000 brands, including 148 brands available in Georgia. This expertise allows her to guide students through the process of selecting the right products and impart knowledge that can be applied in their daily lives.

Nino constantly researches and monitors new trends in the market to ensure her students stay up-to-date with modern and innovative approaches. Her knowledge and practical experience in skincare, aesthetics, and cosmetology will help participants not only understand theoretical information but also apply it in practice. Nino’s approach combines traditional and innovative methods, supporting both skin health and visual beauty.

Throughout the course, participants will have the unique opportunity to work directly with a professional who knows the quality and impact of products available on the market, gaining deep and comprehensive knowledge in skincare.

Syllabus:

1. Session: Basics of Personal Hygiene and Maintaining Cleanliness
The course begins by introducing the importance of personal hygiene. Discussion will focus on how hygiene affects not only our health but also our social relationships and daily environment.
Handwashing techniques, proper selection of personal hygiene products, and their use will be reviewed. Additionally, ways to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses will be covered.

2. Session: Principles of a Healthy Lifestyle
This session addresses the principles of a healthy lifestyle, which contribute to the proper functioning of the body and overall well-being. Healthy eating and its impact on the body will be discussed, as well as the role of physical activity in maintaining health. Additionally, the main methods of stress management will be examined, which help maintain mental balance.

3. Session: Proper Use of Personal Hygiene Products
This session introduces participants to the products necessary to maintain skin and body hygiene. How to choose the right products based on skin type and needs will be discussed. The session will also cover skincare, body care, and hair care processes that contribute to healthy skin and beautiful hair. Additionally, effective methods for maintaining cleanliness in the home and work environment will be addressed.

4. Session: Sleep Hygiene and Mental Health
Sleep and mental health play an important role in our daily energy and productivity. This session will cover methods to improve sleep quality, avoid insomnia, and manage stress. Strategies for maintaining mental health will also be discussed, helping participants manage stress and maintain emotional balance.

5. Session: Maintaining Cleanliness in Public Places
Participants will learn how to protect themselves and others in public places – in transportation, offices, schools, and other locations where there may be a higher risk of infection. The session will cover managing pandemic situations and preventive methods to avoid the spread of viruses and bacteria.

6. Session: Final Project and Conclusion
This session includes the presentation of the daily hygiene plan developed by participants. Each participant will summarize and present their plan, which includes the principles of healthy and hygienic living. Upon completion, participants will receive certificates acknowledging their achievements.


Course Fee:
The full course price is 300 GEL. Payment can be made in two installments, allowing you to fund your studies progressively.

Methodology and Format:
The course is conducted in a hybrid format, including both online and offline sessions. Each session is accompanied by practical exercises and assignments that help participants apply the knowledge gained in real life.

Certificate:
Upon successful completion of the course, all participants will receive a certificate that verifies their improved knowledge and skills.
