Terms and Conditions for Training Participation
Before registering for a training course that interests you, please carefully review the terms and conditions.
Choosing the Desired Training Course
To participate in a training course that meets your needs, precisely define your requirements, expectations, and objectives. Carefully and thoroughly review the information provided about the specific training (content, syllabus, trainer, cost, duration, etc.). If you cannot find the information you're looking for on our website, please contact us via the provided phone number, email, or social media. If the training details meet your expectations, proceed with the registration process.
Registration Process
To register for your desired training course, you must complete the registration form available on each training page. The form can be accessed by clicking the "Register for Training" button. It is essential to fill out the registration form carefully and accurately so the training coordinator can contact you using the details you provide. When filling out the form, be sure to write your full official name and surname, as they will appear on the certificate upon completion. After the technical registration, the training coordinator will contact you to provide further information about the training. You will receive the payment details (banking details) via the phone number or email you provided. A participant is considered fully registered only after the registration fee or full payment has been made.
Payment Methods
If you wish to attend the training course, payment can be made in one of the following three ways: full payment, bank installment plan, or installment payments until the completion of the training.
Full Payment
By choosing this method, you will pay the total amount before the training starts. If you've already paid the registration fee, the remaining balance must be paid before the start of the training. Failure to do so will result in the non-refundable registration fee.
Bank Installment Plan
You can take advantage of a 0% installment plan offered by the Bank of Georgia, with a payment term of up to two years for any training. To use the installment plan, you must visit our office to receive an invoice, which you will present to the Bank of Georgia installment agent. Once the installment plan is approved, you will be able to attend the training.
Installment Payments Until Training Completion
If you choose to pay in installments, you must first pay the registration fee (20% of the total training cost). Once the registration fee is paid, the Green Technology and Innovation Hub will sign a contract with you, holding you responsible for completing the remaining payment by the end of the training, even if you miss training days for personal reasons.
Company’s Responsibility
If you have paid the registration fee or the total amount, or are using the installment plan and the training is canceled, the company will refund the amount you have paid, including the bank fees. If the start date of the training changes, the company is obligated to inform all registered participants. If the new date is unacceptable, the amount paid will be refunded. If you agree to the above conditions, have paid the registration or full fee, and later cannot or no longer wish to attend the training (and inform the company at least 10 days before the start), the company is not obligated to refund the fee. If a training day is missed due to the company's or trainer's fault, the company will reschedule the missed day at a mutually acceptable time. If you miss a training day or days for personal reasons, the company is not obligated to reschedule or refund the missed day(s).
